Do you have experience in Technical Proficiency?, * Experience with customer service, resolving user inquiries and technical issues efficiently

 * Delivered hands-on technical support for both software and hardware troubleshooting
 * Assisted users with office equipment operations such as printing, scanning, and copying
 * Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Chrome, web browsers, and email platforms

## Description

* Assisted library patrons with software applications, including guidance on usage and basic troubleshooting
 * Provided technical support by diagnosing and resolving basic hardware and software issues
 * Supported use of library technology equipment, including computers, printers, and related devices
 * Performed a variety of operational and support tasks independently and under the direction of the Library Staff Supervisor, All minimum requirements must be met at the time of the application.
