 * Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

## Description

Administer and maintain Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, virtualization platforms, and related infrastructure services.

 * Manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, endpoint configuration, device compliance, patching, and identity management strategies.

 * Maintain system availability, performance, backups, disaster recovery capabilities, and overall reliability of business-critical infrastructure and cloud platforms.

 * Administer cybersecurity controls including MFA, Conditional Access, endpoint security, access controls, vulnerability remediation, and participation in security incident response activities.

 * Provide advanced Tier 3 escalation support, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and partner with outsourced service providers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve service needs.

 * Develop and maintain technical documentation, operational standards, procedures, and system administration best practices.

 * Lead and support infrastructure, cloud, endpoint, automation, and modernization projects aligned with AMC's long-term technology roadmap.

 * Evaluate technology solutions, identify process improvement and automation opportunities, and implement changes that improve security, efficiency, scalability, and user experience.
