Preferred qualifications: · Associate or bachelor's degree in information technology, networking, cybersecurity, or a related field. · Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, Microsoft 365, Azure, Fortinet, Cisco, Ubiquiti, or similar. · Familiarity with network monitoring, diagnostic, and documentation tools such as SNMP, Wireshark, RMM platforms, PSA systems, and IT documentation systems. · Experience working in a managed service provider or customer-facing technical support environment., * Do you have a valid NYS driver's license and reliable transportation? Experience: * MSP/Systems/Network Engineering: 5 years (Preferred) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Watertown, NY 13601 ## Description As an MSP Systems Engineer, you'll design, implement, secure, and support practical IT solutions across customer cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments, including networks, servers, endpoints, Microsoft 365/O365, Azure, and Entra ID. Your work will improve customer performance, security, documentation, and day-to-day reliability while giving our internal support team a strong escalation resource.
