## About the Role

* .NET & REST expertise
 * microservices experience
 * React & React Hooks
 * Familiarity with API specification and practices
 * Automated unit, integration, and regression testing
 * CI/CD pipelines to build, test, deploy and release code to the cloud
 * Continuous advocacy of technical craftsmanship and preferred/best practices
 * Review and oversight of peer proposals and solutions

Practical Experience With One Or More Of The Following:

 * Enterprise AI/LLM Engineering (Prompt Engineering, Semantic Kernel, MCP, RAG, etc.)
 * Cloud experience (Microsoft Azure preferred)
 * Event driven design. (Azure Service Bus / NServiceBus)

The Enterprise Applications team is seeking a Software Engineer to help build high-visibility, enterprise capabilities that support our diverse software landscape. There is a strong emphasis on full-stack development, specifically .NET, React, and Message Systems. As a key contributor to our enterprise technology platform, you'll help drive business value through modern architectures, emerging technologies, and enabling capabilities. You'll be part of a collaborative team that values craftsmanship, innovation, and the creation of best-in-class experiences for our engineering community. Work Location:

This position offers a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office) for collaboration days, team meetings or other in-person events. The position can be based in West Bend, Madison, or Appleton.
