## About the Role

* Proven experience building websites in Webflow (design + development)
 * Strong understanding of responsive design and modern web standards
 * Experience working from Figma design files
 * Familiarity with CMS structure and dynamic content in Webflow
 * Basic understanding of SEO best practices and site performance optimization
 * Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
 * Ability to manage time independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience working in an agency environment
 * Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
 * Experience with animations/interactions in Webflow
 * Familiarity with integrations (forms, CRM tools, etc.), We're looking for someone who can jump in quickly, contribute immediately, and help us continue delivering high-quality work for our clients. ## Description

This is a fully remote, part-time role with flexible working hours. We are seeking someone who has hands-on Webflow design and development experience and can step in quickly to support active client projects.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.

Responsibilities

 * Build and develop websites in Webflow based on provided designs and wireframes
 * Translate Figma or design mockups into clean, responsive Webflow builds
 * Manage CMS collections, dynamic content, and structured data within Webflow
 * Implement best practices for performance, SEO, and accessibility
 * Troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues
 * Collaborate with project managers, designers, and leadership to ensure timely delivery
 * Make ongoing updates and optimizations to existing Webflow sites
