## Description

North Star Community Credit Union is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Operations Analyst to help protect the accuracy, reliability, and performance of the systems that support our employees and members.

This is more than a behind-the-scenes technology role. Your work will directly influence how efficiently our teams operate and how effectively we serve our communities.

What You'll Be Doing

In this role, you will:

 * Monitor data, system processes, and operational workflows

 * Investigate discrepancies and identify root causes

 * Troubleshoot issues affecting branch and back-office operations

 * Create and validate accurate business reports

 * Work with SQL, Excel, databases, and integrated systems

 * Support system enhancements, upgrades, and process improvements

 * Partner with IT, operations, vendors, and business teams
