 * Excellent organizational skills combined with a proactive attitude toward maintaining accurate health information documentation., * This position is Monday through Friday with no weekends or holidays, offering either a 7:00 AM-3:30 PM or 8:00 AM-4:00 PM schedule; are you able to work either of these shifts consistently?, * Front Medical Office : 1 year (Required)

 * Input, update, and retrieve patient information efficiently using various EHR and EMR (Electronic Medical Record) systems to support clinical workflows.
 * Verify patient identities and ensure confidentiality in accordance with clinical confidentiality policies and health information regulatory compliance.
 * Collaborate with healthcare providers to facilitate accurate coding of medical procedures and diagnoses for billing and reimbursement purposes.
 * Maintain organized records management practices, including scanning, indexing, and archiving paper-based documents when necessary.
 * Support revenue cycle management by ensuring correct documentation for billing processes and resolving discrepancies promptly.
 * Provide exceptional customer service by assisting staff, patients, and external partners with record requests while adhering to healthcare privacy protection protocols.
