The ideal candidate has strong backend expertise in .NET and working knowledge of modern frontend technologies such as React or Angular, and embraces AI-assisted development practices to improve productivity and code quality. You will work closely with engineers, product managers, and quality engineers to design, develop, test, and deploy customer-facing applications while contributing to engineering excellence through automation, AI, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities: * Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable applications using .NET * Build and enhance RESTful APIs and backend services. * Develop and maintain responsive user interfaces using React or Angular. * Collaborate with Product Management, QA, UX, and fellow engineers to deliver high-quality features. * Participate in architecture discussions, design reviews, and code reviews. * Troubleshoot production issues and implement sustainable fixes with a focus on observability and reliability. * Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code following engineering best practices. * Leverage AI-powered development tools (such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar) to accelerate development, improve code quality, assist with debugging, documentation, and testing. * Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automation, and continuous engineering improvements. * Continuously learn new technologies and share knowledge within the team., AI is an integral part of our engineering workflow. We expect engineers to effectively leverage AI-powered development tools to improve productivity and engineering quality.
