## About the Role

* Experience:
 * At least 5 years of build/release engineering, software development, or platform automation experience.
 * At least 2 years automating API gateway, middleware, or integration platform configuration.
 * Technical Expertise:
 * Enterprise CI/CD pipeline platforms (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
 * Scripting languages: Python, Bash, Groovy, or similar.
 * Configuration-as-code for API gateway artifacts (Kong or webMethods exposure is a plus).
 * Container platforms (OpenShift or Kubernetes).
 * Clearance & Security:
 * Must possess U.S. work authorization.
 * Must be able to obtain and maintain a federal Moderate Risk Public Trust (MBI level) background investigation.

## Description

* Pipeline Integration: Design, configure, and implement gateway onboarding and migration pipeline components within enterprise CI/CD environments.
 * Deployment Automation: Develop promotion workflows, deployment scripts, and automated validation steps for gateway changes.
 * Automated Governance: Embed automated security, telemetry, and migration-readiness checks into delivery pipelines.
 * Release Execution: Execute API deployment activities through approved pipelines and maintain complete configuration traceability across Dev, Test, and Prod.
 * Troubleshooting: Resolve pipeline-integrated gateway defects and maintain automation artifacts.
