## About the Role

* Experience troubleshooting Windows, MacOS, and ChromeOS devices.
 * Knowledge of hardware, software applications, peripherals, and basic networking.
 * Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
 * Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
 * Ability to lift and transport equipment up to 50 lbs.
 * Ability to travel to customer locations throughout the Phoenix metro area., * 1+ years of IT support experience.
 * CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent certifications.
 * Experience supporting K-12 education environments.

## Description

The IT Level 1 Technician will play a crucial role in providing technical support to employees at designated locations or remote employees. This position is responsible for troubleshooting and triaging work, maintaining technological environments, and ensuring high levels of customer service. This role requires troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues while working closely with end users, including staff devices, to resolve their IT concerns efficiently., Onsite Technical Support

 * Provide onsite and remote IT support, including customer check-in/check-out and communication with customer points of contact.
 * Troubleshoot and support computers, printers, peripherals, and authorized technology assets.
 * Perform device maintenance, updates, inspections, inventory checks, and loaner device reviews.
 * Assist with network troubleshooting, including IDF/MDF equipment and UPS connections.
 * Support IT projects, installations, upgrades, and scheduled maintenance activities.

User Support & Troubleshooting

 * Resolve issues related to Windows 11, MacOS, ChromeOS, user accounts, applications, hardware, and basic network connectivity.
 * Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions in ticketing systems and knowledgebases.
 * Provide timely updates to users and escalate complex issues when needed.

Customer Service & Collaboration

 * Deliver professional, customer-focused IT support.
 * Collaborate with IT teams, supervisors, and engineering resources to resolve issues.
 * Identify opportunities to improve IT processes and service efficiency.
