Education: * High school or equivalent (Required) Experience: * Active Directory Management: 3 years (Required) Language: * Fluent English at a Professional Level (Required) License/Certification: * Driver's License (Required) ## Description We are looking to hire an experienced technician to join our growing team, in order to augment the part of our company that specializes in contract IT work. We expect our team members to be more than just techs, and not the stereotypical MSP team member that can't see past the ticket. DAILY TASKS -Check incoming e-mails and respond in a timely manner -Follow-up with existing communication threads until a resolution is reached -Manage calendar -May answer calls and follow-up with clients -Perform triage with clients during initial communication -Accept escalations from Level 1 and work with SMEs through resolution -Manage assigned tickets and check Level 2 queue -Take ownership of special projects and keep in contact with management about progress -Other duties as assigned (we all love this one, right?)
