 * Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
 * Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
 * One to three years of experience in social media marketing.
 * Experience in healthcare, medical practices, physician marketing is preferred.
 * Portfolio of previous work is required.

## Description

Social Media Management

 * Manage ANSI's day-to-day social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other emerging platforms.
 * Maintain a consistent posting schedule using Meta Business Suite or other scheduling platforms.
 * Monitor social media channels daily and ensure timely engagement.

Content Creation

 * Develop compelling content that educates, informs, and inspires.
 * Write engaging captions and calls-to-action.
 * Design graphics using Canva or Adobe Express.
 * Capture and edit photos and short-form videos featuring physicians, staff, patient education, office culture, and community events.
 * Produce Reels, Stories, and short-form videos highlighting treatments, procedures, wellness tips, physician insights, and patient success stories.
 * Launch a content marketing blog featuring physicians to drive organic traffic.

Analytics & Reporting

 * Track engagement, reach, audience growth, and campaign performance.
 * Prepare monthly social media performance reports.
 * Recommend strategies to improve digital engagement and brand awareness.
