Maintain a secure environment ## Description POSITION SUMMARY: The Testing Center Paraprofessional assists students and teachers in the school environment with scheduling, and coordinating makeup testing., ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Employee must have the ability to perform the following essential functions on a timely basis with or without reasonable accommodations. 1. Record attendance of students reporting to and leaving the Testing Center. 2. Receive, monitor, and track required makeup testing of students from teachers 3. Maintain individual student time logs 4. Document accurate start times 5. Maintain testing atmosphere 6. Ensure security of tests at all times 7. Ensure academic honesty 8. Must be able to multitask at all times 9. Report violators of academic honesty 10. Prepare documentation for violators 11. Strictly monitor use of time and materials 12. Keep track and adhere to all 504 and concussion accommodations for testing. 13. Assist students with required accommodations to ensure test integrity. 14. Assist/instruct students with computer and Chromebook questions/issues. 15. Be able to work closely with the 504 coordinator especially for midterm and final exams. Be able to make spreadsheets for student 504 testing schedules and organize tests. 16. Keep accurate records of test materials in the Testing Center 17. Regular and consistent attendance 18. WORK SCHEDULE: 10-Month position, 185 days/year; 7 hours/day; 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Act 168 Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Release: Unionville-Chadds Ford School District uses an online process for submission and processing of required Act 168 forms.
