* Build and maintain custom .NET applications, including the PMDB (project / program management database) and associated dashboards.
 * Develop dashboards and data-driven front-ends; integrate them with backend data.
 * Provide flexible development support across program needs as priorities change.
 * Deploy and support applications in cloud and/or on-premises environments.
 * Contribute to design, testing, code review, and ongoing support.
