* Reparaturen an Desktops, Notebooks und Tablets im Rahmen der Gerätegarantie
 * Unterstützung bei Umzügen
 * Kontinuierliche Kontrolle und Aktualisierung der Dokumentationen im Bereich Onsite Services
 * Remote Unterstützung für weitere Kundenstandorte in Deutschland und im Ausland
 * Durchführen von IT Supportarbeiten anhand der übermittelten Incidents, Service-Requests, IMACs und Break & Fix Tickets
 * Mitarbeit in Projekten
 * Fachliches Eskalationsmanagement, hierbei unterstützt durch zentrale Koordination
 * Aktive Mitarbeit im Rahmen des Knowledgetransfers, technische Zuarbeit bei Dokumentationen
