## Description

* Verantwortung für die Überwachung der Verfügbarkeit sowie die Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs der IT-Services
 * Unterstützung in der Planung, Optimierung und Implementierung der IT-Service-Prozesse inklusive deren Umsetzung (Incident, Change, Knowledge Management, Service Desk etc.)
 * Ausrichtung der IT-Services unter Einhaltung entsprechender Informationssicherheitsrichtlinien
 * Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung des IT-Service-Katalogs
 * Auswertung von Kennziffern für die Erstellung von KPI-Reports sowie Unterstützung bei der Planung und der Überwachung des jeweiligen Projektbudgets
 * Sie sind Teammitglied im operativen IT-Service-Managements, DE
