 * Ticketbearbeitung unter Berücksichtigung von SLA´s
 * Support und Troubleshooting
 * Störungsbeseitigung im Rahmen des 1st Supports
 * Sicherstellung der Kundenkommunikation (Telefonisch, per Mail, per Ticket) sowie regelmäßiges Statusupdate / Dokumentation im Ticketsystem
 * Softwarepflege, Patch Management
