* Installation und Inbetriebnahme von PCs, Notebooks, Monitoren, Druckern und Peripheriegeräten
 * Fehleranalyse und Behebung von Hard- und Softwareproblemen (Break & Fix)
 * Durchführung von IMAC-Dienstleistungen (Install, Move, Add, Change)
 * Rollout und Austausch von IT-Hardware
 * Einrichtung und Support von Windows-Clients sowie mobilen Endgeräten
 * Unterstützung der Anwender vor Ort (1st- und 2nd-Level-Support)
 * Anbindung von Arbeitsplätzen an Netzwerk und Drucksysteme
 * Dokumentation der Einsätze und Ticketbearbeitung
 * Abstimmung mit dem Service Desk (Dispo)
 * Einhaltung von Service-Level-Agreements (SLAs)
 * Beratung der Kunden bei IT-Fragen und Sicherstellung eines professionellen Kundenservices.
