## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Fachinformatiker oder IT-Systemelektroniker mit langjähriger Berufserfahrung oder mindestens ein Bachelorabschluss in Informatik beziehungsweise einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
 * Mehr als drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT oder Informationssysteme
 * Kenntnisse in einer oder mehreren Storage-Technologien wie Block, File, Object oder SyncMirror sowie in Backup-Technologien wie Virtual, Disk oder Tape und im Bereich Recovery
 * Erfahrung mit einem oder mehreren Produkten wie NetApp, Veeam, NetBackup, Commvault, Data Protector oder Data Domain
 * Erfahrungen im Bereich Automatisierung, beispielsweise mit Ansible, sind wünschenswert; ITIL-Kenntnisse und Produktzertifizierungen wie NCDA, NCSIE, NCTA oder MetroCluster sind von Vorteil
 * Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie eine ausgeprägte IT-Affinität, Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit, eine gute Auffassungsgabe und ein akribischer Arbeitsstil

## Description

* Betriebsverantwortung für das Produkt Storage & Backup in Deutschland sowie Sicherstellung eines stabilen und qualitativ hochwertigen Betriebs nach ITIL-Prinzipien
 * Administration der Storage- und Backup-Infrastruktur gemäß den definierten KPIs und SLAs
 * Unterstützung bei Planung, Entwicklung und Umsetzung neuer Storage- und Backup-Infrastrukturlösungen
 * Planung und Einhaltung der Kosten im Verantwortungsbereich einschließlich der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung und Verbesserung
 * Technische Unterstützung bei Root-Cause-Analysen, insbesondere im Rahmen von Störungen
 * Durchführung administrativer Tätigkeiten mit den höchsten Berechtigungsstufen im Verantwortungsbereich
