## Description

* Verantwortung für Field-Support-(FS)-Operationen über einen oder mehrere Standorte hinweg.
 * Bereitstellung von VIP-Support und Führung des Onsite-Supportteams.
 * Durchführung von technischen Schulungen für Junior-Mitarbeiter.

Technischer Support & Betrieb

 * Durchführung von IMAC-Services (Install, Move, Add, Change).
 * Bearbeitung von Break-Fix-Support für Endanwender-Hardware und -Software.
 * Staging, Aufbau und Imaging von Systemen unter Verwendung des Standard-Client-Images (eCore).
 * Unterstützung von Handhelds, robusten Geräten, Laptops und Scannern im Bereich Manufacturing Shop Floor.
 * Umsetzung von Sonderprojekten nach Kundenwunsch.
 * Durchführung von Datenerfassung und Datenaufbewahrung im Rahmen von Migrationen und eDiscovery.
