 * Strukturierung, Dokumentation und Detaillierung fachlicher Anforderungen
 * Sicherstellung konsistenter Prozesse und Anforderungen über mehrere Teams hinweg
 * Prüfung von Anforderungen und Prozessen auf Vollständigkeit, Konsistenz und Umsetzbarkeit
 * Durchführung von Workshops, Vermittlung zwischen Fachbereichen, IT und Teams
 * Identifikation von Prozessverbesserungen und Beratung der Fachbereiche
 * Methodische Unterstützung der Delivery Manager bei Klarheit, Priorisierung und Abhängigkeiten
