 * Be an early applicant, * Entgegennahme, Analyse und Bearbeitung von IT-Anfragen und Störungsmeldungen, überwiegend telefonisch oder per E-Mail
 * Erste Anlaufstelle für Anwender bei Standardanfragen und technischen Problemen
 * Pflege und nachvollziehbare Dokumentation von Supportfällen in einem IT-Service-Management-System
 * Sicherstellung einer effizienten und lösungsorientierten Kommunikation zur hohen Servicequalität
 * Aufbau und kontinuierliche Pflege eines Wissenspools für Anwender und interne Supportmitarbeiter
 * Verantwortung für die schnelle Wiederherstellung der Arbeitsfähigkeit von IT-Arbeitsplätzen, sowohl vor Ort als auch remote
 * Unterstützung beim Aufbau eines zentralen internen IT-Service-Desks für mehrere Standorte
