## Description

Zur Verstärkung des internen SAP-Teams suchen wir einen erfahrenen SAP HCM Consultant (m/w/d), der die Weiterentwicklung der HR-Landschaft aktiv begleitet und neue Impulse im SAP-HCM-Umfeld setzt., * Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der SAP-HCM-Landschaft

 * Analyse und Optimierung von Prozessen in den Bereichen Personaladministration, Entgeltabrechnung und Zeitwirtschaft
 * Mitarbeit an spannenden HR-Transformations- und Digitalisierungsprojekten
 * Beratung der Fachbereiche bei neuen Anforderungen und Prozessverbesserungen
 * Durchführung von Customizing-Anpassungen im SAP-HCM-Umfeld
 * Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern sowie externen Dienstleistern
