Betreuung, Administration und Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Infrastruktur (Server, Clients, Netzwerk)

 - Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Hard- und Software
 - Benutzer- und Rechteverwaltung (z. B. Active Directory / Microsoft 365)
 - Sicherstellung des laufenden IT-Betriebs sowie Fehleranalyse und Störungsbehebung
 - Überwachung und Pflege von Backup- und Sicherheitskonzepten
 - Unterstützung der Anwender im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support
 - Dokumentation der IT-Systeme und Prozesse
