* Erste Anlaufstelle für technische Anliegen unserer internen und externen Kunden
 * Zuständig für die schnelle und effizient Lösungen bei IT-Störungen sowie Aufrechthaltung der Servicequalität und Zufriedenheit bei unseren Kunden
 * Bearbeitung von Incidents und Service Requests im Bereich Hardware, Software und Anwendungen gemäß vereinbarter Service-Level
 * Aufnahme, Analyse und Lösung von Störungen mithilfe standardisierter Prozesse und Diagnosetools
 * Weiterleitung komplexer Anfragen an nachgelagerte Supporteinheiten und Spezialisten
 * Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung der Vorgänge im Ticketsystem
 * Kommunikation mit Anwendern zur Klärung technischer Sachverhalte
