Berufserfahrung im Logistik-Umfeld und betriebswirtschaftlichen Aufgaben. (Bedarfsplanung inkl. Beschaffungs-aktivitäten, Anlage von Aufträgen im System) (mind. 2 Jahre)
Auftragsabwicklung und Steuerung in Bezug auf logistische Prozesse und Arbeitsschritte (Erstellung / Bearbeitung / Koordinierung von Aufträgen) (mind. 2 Jahre)
Problemmanagement in Bezug auf logistische Prozesse (Kommunikation mit Kunden und Logistikpartner, Bearbeitung von Reklamationen, Plausibilitätsprüfung) (mind. 2 Jahre)
Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen bringen Sie mit
Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. Deutsch C1 und Englisch mind. B1 nach CEFR)

## Description

Bearbeitung von Anfragen der zugewiesenen Funktionspostfächer * Unterstützung im Rechnungscontrolling und Rechnungsfreigabe

 * Koordination und Steuerung der logistischen Anforderungen mit dem Auftraggeber und den Logistik Service Providern
 * Eigenverantwortliche Beauftragung der Auftragsmanager und des Logistikpartners unter Berücksichtigung der gewünschten Lastverteilung
 * Unterstützung bei der Forecast-Planung/-Überwachung sowie Prüfung von auftragsbezogenen Materialbeständen
 * Prüfung, Integration und Übergabe neuer Projekte in den Regelbetrieb des Fachbereichs Hardware Supply Chain Management and Logistics
