## Description

Hier übernimmst du Verantwortung im Rechenzentrumsbetrieb und stellst gemeinsam mit deinem Team den reibungslosen Betrieb komplexer IT-Systeme sicher.

 * Du übernimmst den telefonischen Support und unterstützt bei der Fehlerbehebung im 1st- und 2nd-Level
 * Betreust Arbeitsplätze mit Windows, Microsoft Office, Exchange und Citrix-Desktops
 * Erfasst, dokumentierst und verfolgst Störungen und Anfragen im Ticketsystem
 * Analysierst Probleme bei Basisdiensten wie VPN, Netzlaufwerken oder Druckservern und findest passende Lösungen
 * Unterstützt bei der Benutzerverwaltung im Active Directory und richtest Hardware sowie Videokonferenztechnik ein
