## About the Role

The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance, * Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience

 * Experience with systems integration and test for software products in an Agile environment, including regression testing, test scripting, and/or test automation.
 * The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Qualifications We Prefer:

 * Experience preparing and conducting audits with customers.
 * Experience working in CI/CD environment.
 * Experience with programming languages such as Java, C++, Python.
 * Experience participating in code reviews.
 * Knowledge of hardware-software integration in real-time embedded systems.
 * Familiarity with Docker and virtualized environments.
 * Familiarity with Git, Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence, Crucible, Coverity.
 * Proficiency in Linux and Windows environments.
 * Experience working with ISO9000/AS9100.

## Description

* Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure security, quality, and operational practices are consistently applied.
 * Integrate and validate software in an Agile development environment.
 * Provide technical guidance to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment.
 * Ensure adherence to Raytheon development processes, security requirements, and industry best practices.
 * Participate in program team meetings, peer reviews, technical reviews, and formal reviews
 * Write and review formal test plans and test reports for software verification.
