Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences: * Multiple trade certifications and/or continuing education highly preferred. * 1-3 years of proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role, preferably in a startup environment, highly preferred. * Proficiency in IT management tools and systems highly preferred * Proficient in Microsoft Office (intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel expertise) highly preferred. * Technical knowledge of basic networking equipment highly preferred. * Eagerness to tackle problems outside core competencies and learn new technologies highly preferred. * Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and security principles highly preferred. * Familiarity with healthcare technology and compliance regulations preferred. * Experience with procurement and vendor relationship management preferred. * Experience with inventory management preferred. * General HCBS and/or Long-Term Support Services (LTSS) product and customer knowledge preferred. * Strong written/oral communication skills with experience troubleshooting and owning issues to resolution preferred. * Experience prioritizing and multitasking in fast-paced settings and driving continuous improvement initiatives preferred. * Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team preferred. ## Description Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 3-5 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. The CareBridge Infrastructure Services Analyst Senior troubleshoots, maintains, and provides oversight for the technical and administrative aspects of CareBridge systems to ensure the integrity of the network and computer systems. This role also plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the company's IT systems and will play a vital role in supporting our team and enabling the efficient delivery of healthcare services through effective domain management, financial oversight, technical support, and vendor relationship management.
