* 5+ years of Linux systems administration or production support experience (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu, etc.)

 * Strong Linux troubleshooting skills

 * Solid networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, routing)

 * Experience with Wireshark, tcpdump, or Linux log analysis

 * Strong communication and customer-facing skills

Preferred

 * SIP/VoIP experience

 * VMware vSphere

 * Bash/Shell scripting

 * Docker, AWS, or Kubernetes

 * Participate in scheduled maintenance windows
