A non disclosure agreement is required before deep technical details are shared. We are building a runtime trust layer for cross company data and AI agent collaboration. This provides cryptographic identity for systems and autonomous agents, real time policy enforcement, and immutable audit proof of every action. We need a principal-level engineer who can act as technical lead to help drive architecture decisions, write production code directly, and guide a small team toward a working, demo ready MVP. This role requires clear and professional communication with founders and prospective pilot customers. Excellent written and verbal communication is mandatory. Scope of Work * Design and build a decentralized identity and verifiable credentials framework for devices, services, users, and AI agents * Build the blockchain policy and audit layer on Hyperledger Fabric including chaincode, channels, and Fabric certificate authority to store policy rules, permissions, approvals, revocations, and immutable logs * Build Rust based zero trust enforcement proxies for the client and server side to verify identity and enforce policy before actions execute * Implement time based one time password authentication binding users to devices and claims with logging to the trust ledger without raw customer data exposure * Deploy on Kubernetes and AWS with proper continuous integration, continuous deployment, and secure deployment practices * Provide technical leadership to a small engineering team * Join client calls and demos to represent technical decisions clearly to non technical stakeholders ## Related Videos - [Docker Compose: Rediscovered](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1978-docker-compose-rediscovered) - [Developing the Backend with Stefan Lingler, CTO at Shpock](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/100360-developing-the-backend-with-stefan-lingler-cto-at-shpock) - [Understanding Kubernetes in a visual way](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/100085-understanding-kubernetes-in-a-visual-way) - [Trust Issues: Because Zero-Trust Isn’t Optional Anymore](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/100089-trust-issues-because-zero-trust-isn-t-optional-anymore) - [Microservices: how to get started with Spring Boot and Kubernetes](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/242-microservices-how-to-get-started-with-spring-boot-and-kubernetes) - [Docker build without Docker](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/100114-docker-build-without-docker) ## Related Articles - [How We Built a Worry-Free System That Runs for 10+ Years – And What We’d Do Again](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/751-how-we-built-a-worry-free-system-that-runs-for-10-years-and-what-we-d-do-again) - [Never delegate the understanding](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/749-never-delegate-the-understanding) - [Dev Digest 138 - Are you secure about this?](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/486-dev-digest-138-are-you-secure-about-this) - [The Best X (Twitter) Accounts for Developers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/294-the-best-x-twitter-accounts-for-developers) - [Dev Digest 134 - Where pixels sing?](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/477-dev-digest-134-where-pixels-sing) - [Building AI Solutions with Rust and Docker](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/494-building-ai-solutions-with-rust-and-docker)
