This role requires strong analytical skills, experience with modern data platforms, and the ability to optimize both data and application systems. Responsibilities Application Solutions & Support * Develops and maintains reports and solutions using SQL. * Writes and optimizes complex SQL queries for performance and scalability. * Implements performance tuning for data pipelines and application components. * Provides technical support for specialty pharmacy applications and related systems. * Troubleshoots software and connectivity issues; escalate when appropriate. * Communicates complex technical issues clearly to non-technical end users. * Documents issues, resolutions, and workflows in a ticketing system. * Monitors and reports trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement. * Collaborates with end-users and support teams to resolve system issues.
