## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
 * 1+ year of technical support experience, preferably supporting Java-based client/server applications.
 * Experience with Java troubleshooting and SQL databases (MySQL, Oracle, or similar).
 * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
 * Experience with Linux/Unix, shell scripting, and ticketing systems is a plus.
 * Ability to work rotating night shifts, including weekends, holidays, and occasional on-call support.
 * Willingness to travel internationally for training as needed.

## Description

* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Material Flow Systems (MFS), Java applications, SQL databases, and integrated automation systems.
 * Analyze system performance, design and execute test scenarios, maintain reports, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
 * Document solutions by updating knowledge base articles, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and support tickets to ensure accurate issue tracking and knowledge sharing.
 * Train customers and internal teams on system functionality, best practices, and preventive maintenance while providing exceptional technical support.
 * Collaborate with software development, engineering, and international support teams to resolve complex issues, improve system performance, and support customer implementations.
