Preferred Skills/Experience of the IT Governance and Change Analyst: * Experience with ServiceNow or other IT service management platforms. * Knowledge of CMDB concepts, configuration management, or change reconciliation processes. * Experience supporting internal or external audits, including evidence collection and remediation tracking. * Familiarity with regulated environments and technology compliance programs. * Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CRISC, ITIL, or similar credentials. ## Description SYSTEMTEC is seeking a IT Governance and Change Analyst for a hybrid opportunity for candidates in Charlotte, NC. The candidate will support enterprise IT governance and change management initiatives by strengthening technology documentation, improving compliance processes, and helping maintain audit readiness within a regulated environment.
