## Description

Hey there! Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about keeping things running smoothly? Our School Age Services - Administration team is looking for a Clerical Administrator in Montgomery County to help with office support, payroll assistance, parent and staff communication, and more!

Pay: staring at $15/hour (or more based on experience!)

Shift: Part-time, Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m.-2:00 p.m.

What You'll Do:

Keep our department organized with scheduling, record-keeping, and database management

Provide top-notch support for our team, parents, and staff

Assist with hiring processes, onboarding, and financial assistance tracking

Manage documents, audit expenses, and help keep our programs running efficiently
