## About the Role

We're seeking clinicians who are passionate about helping individuals overcome addiction and mental health challenges.

Ideal candidates have experience in:

 * Behavioral Health
 * Mental Health Counseling
 * Addiction Treatment
 * Substance Use Disorder (SUD)
 * Chemical Dependency
 * Community Mental Health
 * Crisis Intervention
 * Trauma-Informed Care

Preferred education:

 * Counseling
 * Social Work
 * Psychology
 * Marriage & Family Therapy
 * Human Services
 * Behavioral Health
 * Related Behavioral Science Degree

Experience with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) is preferred but not required.

## Description

* Facilitate individual counseling sessions
 * Lead psychoeducational and process therapy groups
 * Conduct family therapy sessions
 * Complete biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning
 * Develop individualized treatment plans
 * Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
 * Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings
 * Coordinate care with nursing, medical, case management, and recovery support staff
 * Help patients develop healthy coping skills, relapse prevention plans, and long-term recovery goals
 * Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining clinical excellence
