Preferred * IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or equivalent. * Experience working in healthcare, hospitality, or senior living environments., * Ability to stand and walk throughout the workday. * Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds independently. * Ability to push and pull carts weighing up to 50 pounds. * Frequent bending, reaching, stooping, and balancing. * Ability to see, hear, and communicate effectively. * May be exposed to cleaning chemicals, communicable illnesses, and other environmental conditions typical of a healthcare or senior living community. ## Description The Help Desk Technician provides frontline technical support to employees and residents by troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, telephone, printer, mobile device, and audiovisual equipment issues. This role is responsible for responding to service requests, documenting and resolving technical issues, preparing and deploying equipment, maintaining asset records, and supporting IT projects and system improvements. The technician delivers courteous, patient, and professional customer service while helping ensure technology remains secure, reliable, and accessible throughout the organization.
