Qualifications we prefer: * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. * Familiarity with core engineering principles and systems engineering lifecycle concepts. * Analytical, problem-solving mindset with experience in requirements generation and configuration management. * Exposure to Agile methodologies, including scrum practices. * Understanding of object-oriented design, basic coding concepts, and simulation or radar system fundamentals; familiarity with technical manuals and military procedures is ideal. ## Description We are seeking a Systems Engineer II to support the development of a virtual crew drill trainer software application that simulates a tactical missile system in a first-person 3D environment built in Unreal Engine. This role is ideal for individuals with strong problem-solving skills and a foundational understanding of software or electromechanical systems. You will work as an individual contributor within a multidisciplinary scrum team, collaborating with tactical system Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and adhering to contract deliverable formats and standards. The position offers opportunities to learn new skills, grow professionally, and gain exposure to project and program management.
