Our rail and transportation team provides deep industry, market, and regulatory expertise to North America's freight railroads and other transportation clients. We build sophisticated costing and pricing models, evaluate our clients' key commercial and contractual relationships, assess competitive markets and asset values in support of transactions, and develop expert testimony before courts, arbitration panels, and regulatory bodies such as the Surface Transportation Board - helping carriers evaluate transactions, defend the reasonableness of their rates and services, negotiate contracts, quantify damages in disputes, and maximize the value of their network assets., A Senior Consultant is responsible for managing, processing, and analyzing information to develop solutions for clients. In addition, the candidate will assist team leaders by providing analytic support and drafting for advisory services across a wide range of industries. In addition, the position requires the development of written reports explaining the procedures employed.
