## Description

SAYN operates in a fast-moving, e-commerce-driven corner of the beauty industry, where speed, ownership, and precision separate employees who succeed vs those who don't. We move fast and hire for output and impact. Employees who thrive here are self-starters, quick movers, take feedback as fuel, and bring high energy. You won't thrive if you need heavy structure, frequent reassurance, a strict 9-5 rhythm, or a slower pace.
Work is fully in-office - we don't offer hybrid or remote work. Building something big under one roof with your team is priceless. This is a role where you're expected to put in whatever time the work demands, We're looking for a Business Systems Manager to own and evolve the software backbone of our e-commerce business. This is not a traditional IT Manager role. We need someone who lives at the intersection of business operations, software systems, and AI - someone who can look at how our teams work today, spot where software and automation (including AI tools) can remove friction, and then actually build or implement those solutions.
