## Description

We work with a variety of businesses across multiple industries and are actively recruiting a large team of Virtual Assistants to support both current and future client projects. As new assignments become available, team members are selected based on their skills, availability, and the needs of each client.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to build valuable experience, earn supplemental income, and grow with an expanding company while working remotely.

Responsibilities

 * Answer inbound and outbound calls
 * Schedule appointments
 * Respond to emails and live chat inquiries
 * Perform data entry
 * Conduct internet research
 * Manage calendars
 * Make follow-up calls
 * Generate and qualify leads
 * Update CRM systems
 * Assist with social media tasks
 * Complete general administrative support
 * Perform other Virtual Assistant duties as assigned
 * Non-Voice DMs, Training is designed to prepare team members to represent our clients professionally and covers topics such as customer service, administrative support, appointment setting, CRM systems, business communication, AI productivity tools, and client expectations.

Completion of the onboarding process is required before joining our Virtual Assistant talent network. Client assignments are offered based on business needs, performance, availability, and the best fit for each project.
