**Job Requirements:**

- Technical Institute or Associate Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience/certifications).
- 2+ years of IT support experience in a manufacturing or office environment preferred.
- Strong understanding of PC hardware, LAN troubleshooting, and workstation software.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking.
- Knowledge of VMware, SQL Server, and Visual Basic (VB) a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks within assigned timeframes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Commitment to customer service and team collaboration.

## Description

PC/LAN systems, software, cabling, and other related hardware.

- Provide technical support for low to medium complexity issues, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Monitor IT systems to identify and resolve potential issues proactively.
- Participate in IT projects, including upgrades, system changes, and infrastructure initiatives.
- Document and track incidents, service requests, and resolutions per IT standards.
- Support assembly line downtime tracking and reporting.
- Manage, track, and report on the plant 6S program.
- Fulfill internal and external data requests as required.
- Assist in the physical setup, maintenance, and relocation of IT hardware, including lifting equipment up to 50 lbs.
- Track IT equipment and supply inventory; notify leadership when items reach reorder thresholds.
- Collaborate with corporate IT and vendors to escalate and resolve complex issues.
