## About the Role

The ideal candidate is highly driven, customer-focused, and comfortable working in the field and independently managing a sales pipeline., * Previous sales experience preferred but not required; roofing, construction, home improvement, or insurance restoration sales experience preferred

 * Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
 * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
 * Ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships with customers
 * Comfortable working outdoors, climbing ladders, and inspecting roofs when needed
 * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
 * Basic computer skills, including CRM systems, email, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

Preferred Skills

 * Knowledge of residential and commercial roofing systems preferred but not required
 * Experience working with insurance claims and adjusters preferred but not required
 * Bilingual abilities are a plus
 * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals

## Description

We are seeking a motivated and professional Roofing Sales Representative to join our growing team. This position is responsible for generating new business, building relationships with homeowners and property managers, conducting roof inspections, preparing estimates, and closing sales for roofing repairs and replacement projects., * Prospect and develop new residential and/or commercial roofing clients through networking, referrals, door-to-door canvassing, online leads, and community outreach

 * Conduct roof inspections and assess storm, wind, hail, or age-related damage
 * Meet with homeowners, business owners, and insurance adjusters to discuss roofing needs and project options
 * Prepare and present professional estimates, proposals, and contracts
 * Educate customers on roofing systems, materials, warranties, and financing options
 * Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process
 * Negotiate and close sales while maintaining company pricing and profit goals
 * Coordinate with project managers and production teams to ensure smooth project execution
 * Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activity in CRM software
 * Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and company events
 * Stay current on roofing products, industry trends, local building codes, and insurance claim processes
