Two (2)-to-five (5) years of manufacturing experience is preferred. Must have experience with Microsoft Office Products. Other Position Demands or Requirements: Must have proven troubleshooting, process improvement capabilities, and excellent project management skills. Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Must have a strong desire to be on the shop floor. Must have process capability skills (CP/CPK). Must have the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of engineers, managers, customers, vendors and employees. Working Conditions/Physical Demands: Spends 75% of time in factory environment, exposed to heat, dust, fumes and noise of operations. Must be able to appropriately wear all safety required items including shoes, protective eyewear and hearing protection. ## Description * Review and provide input on product and tool design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, manufacturability and cost effectiveness * Educate process operators on proper procedures and process control.
