Interpersonal Skills * Service-oriented with excellent communication skills. * Strong ownership and accountability. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. * Team player with a proactive and continuous improvement mindset. * Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Curiosity and willingness to learn and adopt new technologies, including AI-enabled IT solutions. ## Description We are looking for an experienced, hands-on IT professional to join the IT team, support and execute ACS's global IT infrastructure, ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient technology services across the organization. The role includes responsibility for IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365, cloud services, cybersecurity, business applications, end-user support, and participation in cross-functional IT and digital transformation projects.
