Not entry-level. * - Rapid7 experience required- - Must be capable of working independently with minimal day-to-day supervision. Comfortable performing investigations and knowing when to escalate., Experience working within SIEM platforms, preferably Rapid7. Familiarity with ServiceNow ticket management. Experience investigating phishing, malware, and endpoint security alerts. Strong communication and documentation abilities. ## Description Serve as the primary intake and triage resource for the security team. Monitor and investigate Rapid7 alerts. Review, analyze, and close routine security incidents. Monitor the security email inbox and investigate user-reported suspicious emails. Review and process security requests submitted through ServiceNow. Escalate complex incidents and investigations to senior analysts as needed.
