## About the Role

* 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Financials.
 * Strong understanding of end-to-end financial processes within Workday.
 * Experience supporting both production support and project-based work.
 * Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
 * Strong problem-solving and systems thinking capabilities.
 * Proven expertise across multiple financial domains, including:
 * Top Priority Areas - Financial Accounting (highest priority), Expenses, Business Assets;
 * Secondary - Banking & Settlement;
 * Lower Priority/De-emphasized - Procurement (phasing out), VNDLY experience (as a bonus).

Nice to have:

 * Experience with Workday Accounting Center and Prism.
 * Experience working in a lean team with broad domain ownership.
 * Familiarity with Workday integrations and reporting.
 * Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives.
 * Exposure to Workday Orchestrations or automation frameworks.
 * Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with business stakeholders.

## Description

* Provide hands-on configuration and support across multiple Workday Financials domains.
 * Act as a flexible resource, stepping into priority areas based on business demand.
 * Support production issues, troubleshoot defects, and deliver timely resolutions.
 * Design and implement scalable solutions aligned with long-term platform health.
 * Partner with functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into system solutions.
 * Contribute to ongoing enhancements, optimizations, and process improvements.
 * Operate independently within Workday Financials.
 * Act as a "utility player" across multiple modules.
 * Support both production issues and ongoing configuration work.
 * Integrate quickly into a high-performing, experienced team.
