 * Proficiency using Microsoft Suite.
 * Ability to be flexible with work schedule.Hours are Monday - Friday and can range anywhere from 7am to 7pm but not limited to these hours or days.

## Description

MTE is seeking qualified candidates for a part-time, temporary staffing need who will serve as a trusted frontline ambassador for our members, delivering knowledgeable, responsive, and world-class service. The position supports MTE's mission of delivering outstanding member service by enrolling members in key programs, resolving billing and service inquiries, processing electronic payments, promoting electric and fiber services, and building lasting relationships through proactive, solutiondriven support. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, active listening, and the willingness to serve at a world-class level.
