## About the Role

* 3+ years of desktop support or PC deployment experience
 * Windows desktop/laptop deployment and imaging
 * Hardware setup, replacement, and peripheral installation
 * Basic troubleshooting (hardware, software, connectivity)
 * Strong customer service and communication skills
 * Experience with ticketing and documentation
 * Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
 * Valid driver's license (or ability to obtain one)

Preferred Skills

 * Desktop refresh or hardware deployment projects
 * SCCM, MDT, Intune, Autopilot, or similar deployment tools
 * Active Directory and basic networking
 * Asset management/inventory tracking
 * Enterprise or government IT support experience

## Description

Seeking a PC LAN Technician to support a large-scale desktop refresh project. Responsibilities include deploying and imaging Windows PCs/laptops, setting up workstations and peripherals, replacing hardware, troubleshooting basic technical issues, tracking assets, updating tickets, and providing onsite end-user support.
