 * 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, sales analytics, or a related analytical role.
 * Advanced proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel.
 * Experience with business intelligence and data visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
 * Strong understanding of relational databases and data modeling concepts.
 * Experience analyzing large datasets and transforming data into actionable business insights.
 * Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
 * Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
 * Preferred Qualifications
 * Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or HubSpot.
 * Experience with ETL tools such as Alteryx, SSIS, Talend, or similar platforms.
 * Knowledge of forecasting, sales performance analytics, and KPI development.

## Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and business-focused Sales Data Analyst to support sales strategy, revenue growth, and operational excellence through data-driven insights. This role is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting sales and business data to help leaders make informed decisions, identify opportunities, improve customer targeting, and optimize performance., * Analyze sales, customer, operational, and financial data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and performance drivers.

 * Develop dashboards, reports, scorecards, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Excel, and SQL.
 * Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Operations teams to deliver actionable business insights.
 * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including revenue growth, customer retention, pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and sales effectiveness.
 * Design and maintain recurring reports that support business planning and decision-making.
 * Perform data validation, cleansing, and auditing to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy.
 * Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple systems to create reliable and scalable reporting solutions.
 * Conduct root cause analysis to identify business challenges and recommend process improvements.
 * Create compelling visual stories that clearly communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
 * Support ad hoc reporting and analysis requests from leadership and business partners.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new metrics and measurement frameworks.
 * Continuously improve reporting processes, automation, and analytics capabilities.
